Sergio Yibrin was born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras and now lives in New Orleans, Louisiana (a city whose diverse and rich culture highly contributed to its delectable and unique Cajun and Creole cuisine making it a world-class culinary destination). He was educated at Loyola University New Orleans and graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in 1998 and a Masters of Business Administration in 2002. Sergio is a self-taught cook, whose passion is to entertain family and friends cooking simple, yet delicious Latin meals.
